Order Status

Order Process Time

Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday to Saturday), with the exception of government and local holidays. Please note that orders placed after 10 a.m. Saturday and before 7 a.m. Monday EST will be processed on Monday at 9:00 a.m.

How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, and a tracking link will be sent via SMS. If you have created an account on our site, you can also log in to view tracking information and account details.

My order didn’t arrive?

If your order didn’t arrive on the expected delivery date, please get in touch with our customer care service:

How can I check my Order History?

If you are a registered user, go to the login page. Once logged in, navigate to My Account/My Orders to check the status of your order.

I’ve received a faulty/incorrect item

Although we aim to provide products of the highest quality, if you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us:

We’ll guide you through the returns process and help resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that an unboxing video will expedite the returns process.

How do I cancel my order?

We try to process all orders quickly, but we may be able to help if you call us. If we’re unable to cancel your order, it will ship as scheduled. Ensure you cancel on the same day as placing the order.

What if my paid order cannot be fulfilled?

If you have paid for the order, we will process your refund via the original payment method, such as a credit card refund or funds transfer to your bank account for Virtual Account payments.

Note: The refund process takes 3 to 4 working days, depending on the payment method. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your account information details based on the payment method selected during your initial purchase.

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.



Shipping and Delivery

What is the Shipping time?

Shipping time will be 9:00 AM and the order which we receive after 9:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.

How much is the Shipping / Delivery Fee?

We provide free shipping across India.

What is the Order Delivery Time?

The estimated order delivery time usually varies from 3 – 7 business working days. This estimated duration is in accordance with the terms of the shipping / delivery partner service used.

If your order does not arrive within the specified duration, please contact our Customer Service at kombecare@gmail.com.

Change of Address?

We are sorry, it is not possible to change the address details as orders will be shipped according to the address registered in the system. Please make sure all your shipping address data is correct before making the payment.



Returns & Exchange

Can I return the items that I have purchased?

Returns cannot be made. Please double check all your order details before making payment. Sizes and products shipped are according to your order.

Can I exchange a different product?

Exchanges can only be made for the same product, different size, or color.

Can I make a size exchange request?

Request for size exchange must be made within 2 days of when the order is received. The product must be in original condition as when it was received. Please share an image of the packing.

Note: Only one-time size exchange is free of cost. For the second time, a charge of 350/- will apply.

How do I clean my sneakers?

For best results, we recommend cleaning your sneakers immediately after exposing them to dirt or stains.

Before you begin, test the cleaning process on a hidden section of the sneaker, such as the outer edges of the tongue. This ensures that your cleaning solution will not affect the color or material.

How to clean synthetic and leather sneakers?

First, remove any excess dirt before cleaning the outsole. Once removed, use a damp cloth and a mix of lukewarm water with a mild soap to gently rub the sneaker in the affected areas. When you’re satisfied with the results, air dry your shoes at room temperature.

How to clean suede sneakers?

Due to the type of material suede consists of, we do not recommend using water in the cleaning process. Instead, remove excess dirt with a suede brush.

How to dry sneakers?

We suggest allowing your sneakers to air dry at room temperature. Stuff cleaned shoes with paper to maintain the shape, occasionally changing the paper throughout the drying process. To prolong the life of your sneakers, do not apply direct heat.
